This is a primarily remote/work\-from\-home role with regular travel to meet with clients throughout Arizona and occasional travel into Colorado. If you value autonomy, professionalism, and meaningful client impact, this could be a great fit. *Position Overview* The ideal candidate is comfortable owning financial operations, managing client relationships, leading teams, and traveling as needed to provide high\-touch advisory support. Work Environment * Flexible remote/work\-from\-home position * Client travel throughout Arizona and occasional Colorado travel * Approximately 10\-15 travel days per month, more in busier times if necessary * Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours What You’ll Do * Lead and oversee accounting operations including: * Billing * Accounts Receivable * Accounts Payable * General Ledger * Revenue Recognition * Inventory Accounting * Prepare and review monthly financial statements * Support month\-end and year\-end close processes * Research and advise on technical accounting matters and US GAAP compliance * Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes * Coordinate audits, regulatory reporting, and tax\-related compliance activities * Partner directly with clients as a trusted advisor * Supervise and mentor accounting staff and bookkeepers * Help improve operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * 10\+ years of accounting and finance experience * Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting * Experience in public accounting, audit, or controllership functions * Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs * Experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks and Xero * Strong communication and client relationship management skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly responsive and collaborative * Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations across Arizona and Colorado Preferred Qualifications * CPA or CMA preferred * Prior Big 4 or public accounting experience strongly preferred Why Join Numera? * Flexible remote work environment * Opportunity to work directly with clients and leadership teams * Fast\-growing and entrepreneurial organization * Collaborative and su
