**Responsibilities**
* Manage end\-to\-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
* Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operational procedures.
* Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to support professional growth and organizational objectives.
* Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
* Lead change management initiatives related to organization design, workforce restructuring, or HR system upgrades like UltiPro or Paychex.
* Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
**Skills**
* Extensive experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and workforce planning.
* Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements such as OSHA and FMLA.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever for data collection and recruitment activities.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners; adept at social media management for employer branding efforts.
* Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data entry and analysis in Excel or similar tools.
* Demonstrated ability in benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and HR systems integration for seamless operations.
* Competence in strategic planning related to succession planning, organization design, training \& development programs, and performance management strategies.
