Head of AI & Engineering

We're a profitable B2B services company ($3M–$50M ARR clients) actively building a proprietary AI platform — and we need the technical leader to own the execution. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING: A multi-agent AI platform that operationalizes our founder-story methodology into deployable client systems. Architecture spec exists, pieces are already in production. We're not starting from scratch — we're scaling a real build. THE STACK: LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini), multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph/LangChain), RAG pipelines, vector databases, React/Next.js, Python/Node.js, AWS, n8n/Make for automation. WHAT MATTERS MOST: You're not just an executor. You come to the leadership table with tools and approaches we haven't seen yet. You translate the CEO's vision into a technical spec, a build plan, and a shipped product — without needing everything pre-defined. THE TEAM: 4 core people. You'd join the CEO, a Growth Strategist, and an Operations Manager — and lead one AI Engineer (your first direct report). ENGAGEMENT: Starts fractional with a clear path to full-time and equity for the right fit. We're not VC-funded by design, so equity is unencumbered.
