Labcorp is seeking a System Engineer I, to join our team in Bengaluru city, Karnataka state.Labcorp is seeking a remote-based individual to join our Team!Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India)Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server OS environments (2016, 2019, 2022) Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues across hardware, OS, and network layersDesign and implement PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiencyPerform system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes in accordance with best practicesMonitor server performance, availability, and security compliance Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related servicesDocument system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Collaborate with other IT teams on infrastructure projects and service improvementsParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support critical systems and respond to incidentsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s of EngineeringAdditional Job Standards3+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server OS environments Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skillsSolid understanding of server hardware, virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware), and networking fundamentalsExperience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and WSUSFamiliarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., SCOM)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotationLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
