You will play a critical role in shaping how patients access therapies when affordability is a barrier—working closely with manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and internal operations teams.You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for PAP and related patient support offerings—balancing compliance, operational complexity, and patient experience while delivering scalable, tech-enabled solutions.What You’ll OwnProduct Strategy & Domain LeadershipDefine and execute the product vision and roadmap for PAP and Free Goods dispensing solutionsServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in patient access, with a focus on eligibility, enrollment, and fulfillment workflowsAlign product strategy with manufacturer brand goals, regulatory requirements, and patient affordability challengesPAP / Free Goods Program InnovationDesign and optimize workflows for:Patient eligibility & enrollmentIncome verification & documentation managementFree drug ordering, dispensing, and replenishmentCompliance tracking and audit readiness (GxP / GDP awareness)Partner with specialty pharmacies and distribution partners to improve fulfillment efficiency and patient time-to-therapyCustomer & Market InsightCollaborate with pharma clients, field teams, and operations to deeply understand PAP program structures, KPIs, and pain pointsTranslate complex program requirements into scalable, configurable product solutionsMonitor competitive landscape across hub providers, PAP vendors, and digital health platformsCross-Functional ExecutionPartner with Engineering, UX, Data, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutionsEnsure adherence to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and manufacturer-specific program requirementsDrive alignment across stakeholders in a highly matrixed environmentProduct Lifecycle OwnershipOwn full lifecycle: discovery → requirements → build → launch → optimizationDefine KPIs such as: Time to therapy, PAP approval rates, Patient adherence, and Program utilizationUse data to continuously improve product performance and patient outcomesClient Engagement & Thought LeadershipAct as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical clientsSupport implementations, workshops, and QBRsTranslate product capabilities into clear business value and outcomesExecution ExcellenceLead Agile delivery: backlog prioritization, sprint planning, roadmap executionWrite high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirementsLeverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, ProductboardRequirementsRequired Qualifications7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or B2B SaaSDirect experience in life sciences/pharma services, specifically: Patient Support Programs (PSPs), Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and/or Free Goods / free drug dispensing workflowsStrong understanding of Hub services (benefits verification, PA, copay, PAP)Strong understanding of Specialty pharmacy and manufacturer ecosystemsExperience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, GxP, GDP, etc.)Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutionsStrong stakeholder management and client-facing experienceExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Pharmaceutical manufacturers or hub service providersExperience with Specialty pharmacies or distribution networksFamiliarity with EMR/EHR integrations, claims data, and patient-level data workflowsFamiliarity with FHIR / HL7 interoperability standardsExperience with Digital patient engagement tools (apps, portals, messaging)Experience with Outcomes reporting and analytics dashboardsExperience with Automation or AI-driven workflow optimizationMBA or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or life sciencesWhy This Role Stands OutOwn a mission-critical product area directly impacting patient access to therapyWork at the intersection of technology, healt
