Relativity Hosting Consultant

This Sr. Analyst is an experienced member of the Discovery Services Engineering (DSE) Team. This position is responsible for providing complex project support to Relativity end-users and internal Consultants with all client hosted projects. The Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in the design, development, and execution of complex workflow strategies.This schedule for this position is remote, Sunday-Wednesday.Essential Functions:Provide advanced support for Relativity internal and external clients including: Analytics, SQL scripting, Relativity Event Handlers, Technical Support and Training, Document Productions, Media Handling, QC of Productions, Exports, Search Term, Report Generation, Creating Custom Workflow, Creating Custom Reports, knowledge of ESI Data Hosting Support ToolsProven ability to perform Relativity system administration and maintenance - backups, index management, capacity management, archiving and recoveryDesign / develop / execute complex workflow strategiesHandle escalated support, problem identification and resolution in RelativityUtilize Sql to support, enhance and maintain existing databasesCommunication with clients and senior iDS staff in order to identify requirements and implement solutionsRespond to client requests for document productions, exports, data loads or general reportingSupport conference and trade show activitiesAssess and trouble shoot situations to alleviate data issuesManage document review workflow for large teamsUtilize software and scripting skills to create custom reportsAnalyze industry technology trends staying abreast of changes and improvements to make recommendations and incorporate into practiceMentor and train junior staffProvide on-call client services support in accordance with the team rotation scheduleAdditional Responsibilities:Submit weekly time according to preset deadlinesAttend weekly, monthly and annual company meetingsSubmit end of day status reportsAssist other areas of the organization as business needs requireJob Qualifications:College degree, coursework in Math, Computer Science or experience commensurate with senior-level5+ years of experience in Hosting Administration using Relativity; preparing document productions, exports, data loads and reportsRCA strongly preferredAdvanced experience with SQL databases and knowledge of additional Processing and Hosting support tools (LAW, Concordance, Ipro, Venio)Advanced understanding of EDRM and litigation life-cycleDetailed knowledge of document review processes and application of best practices to maximize resultsAbility to mentor/train junior staffAbility to independently manage large, complex projectsAbility to communicate in written and verbal forms effectivelyImpeccable attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to work more than 40 hours a week as business needs dictateWillingness and ability to assist other areas of the organization as neededJob Qualifications:College degree, coursework in Math, Computer Science or experience commensurate with senior-level5+ years of experience in Hosting Administration using Relativity; preparing document productions, exports, data loads and reportsRCA strongly preferredAdvanced experience with SQL databases and knowledge of additional Processing and Hosting support tools (LAW, Concordance, Ipro, Venio)Advanced understanding of EDRM and litigation life-cycleDetailed knowledge of document review processes and application of best practices to maximize resultsAbility to mentor/train junior staffAbility to independently manage large, complex projectsAbility to communicate in written and verbal forms effectivelyImpeccable attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to work more than 40 hours a week as business needs dictateWillingness and ability to assist other areas of the organization as needed Salary range: $93,000 - $98,000Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceTime to make your next move your best move!Originally posted on Himalayas
