45-48/h per month.Makerz is seeking a Freelance Account Manager to join our team. This position is client-facing and will be responsible for Weekly and Monthly meetings with our digital team and our clients.The candidate will ensure timely communication with both the team and the clients to meet our deadlines.This is a 3-month freelance, remote role, with an opportunity to extend. Candidates must be available to work MST or EST hours.The role requires orchestrating internal resources to ensure campaign expectations and contractual obligations are met, while also acting as a client advocate and liaison between teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide best-in-class service managing deadlines while overseeing multiple campaigns and acting as the primary contact for clients.Understand all paid campaign elements and strategies.Ensure account success: Proactively monitor campaigns, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and deliver performance updates to partners, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon metrics.Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations.Responsible for creating presentations / reports.Collaborate with the Digital Team to provide real-time optimization recommendations and ensure KPIs are achieved.Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities that might affect clients.RequirementsMust work MST or EST hoursExperience with META and PPC is essentialExperience in advertising or marketing companies (Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus)Strong track record in client serviceHighly organized and strong attention to detail is a mustAbility to take initiative and work autonomously Originally posted on Himalayas
