What will I be doing?At Sweep, content brings platform experiences to life and helps our customers start faster and go further. The development of product content is a collaborative effort between our product, engineering and design teams.Working with your team, you will help convert goals into reliable workflows and implement them. You will have particular emphasis on content to support our ESG Reporting platform areas but be exposed to wider content projects as part of our Intelligence strategy. In your day to day, you will work with the latest AI models and spreadsheets, to make us more effective and efficient in generating high quality content.To be more specific, this includes:1 - Content Creation & Mapping for ESG ModulesLearn and understand ESG frameworks and their content with supportProduce audit-ready content with a high degree of accuracy and consistencyExtract, structure, and transform complex source content into final formats. You will help define the final target formatsOwn defined portions of projects, including data discovery, source interpretation, enrichment of raw content, and validation of outputs against quality standardsIdentify opportunities to improve content models, field definitions, and workflow efficiency based on recurring issues seen during execution2 - GenAI-assisted Workflow AutomationIndependently build and use AI to execute tasks and automate projects to increase our capabilities and impactContribute to projects on AI-assisted data scraping workflowsBuild scripts to automate processes3 - Project managementIndependently manage substantial workstreams within the project, escalating risks or blockers with clear recommendationsDevise and drive methodology for your workstreams, from discovery to QA, and produce clear documentationActively share learnings to increase team capabilityNote: You will be assigned tasks that match your experience and skillset, with clear guidance on expectations and deliverables. As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistency, you'll gradually take on more complex work. This is who we’re looking for:Qualifications 🏆2+ years experience with GenAI in the workplaceMinimum 3 years in an analytical or data operations role (or similar)Highly effective with LLMs and prompt engineering (comparisons, evaluation, safety mindset).Coding exposure with and without LLMsAbility to understand intended outcomes and convert into an executable workflowProven deep comprehension, high critical reasoning and attention to detailSpreadsheet competency for data analysis, manipulation and trackingComfortable handling both quantitative and qualitative dataStrong English verbal and written communication, able to collaborate asynchronouslyOrganised and able to manage tasks and timelines, proactively seeking and proposing more efficient ways of executionBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in science, engineering or a related fieldCan be available 9 AM - 6 PM CETNice to have:Portfolio of SQL, script writing or other coding projects (personal or work)Experience working in fast-paced, culturally diverse environments.Experience with sustainability or data-driven SaaS softwareExposure to sustainability standards (GRI/CDP/CSRD/etc.) or enterprise knowledge/content systems.Qualities 🧠Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and takes initiative.Problem-solving mindset, navigate complex discussions and distill crisp action items.Kind and energetic teammate, raises the bar through action; challenges constructively.Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.Comfortable with learning curves, seeking feedback, executing tasks with guidance and growing toward more independence.Copy that.
