### **About the Role** We are looking for a customer\-focused, tech\-savvy, and detail\-oriented **Chat Support Agent** to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers through live chat, email, and other digital communication channels. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide product and service information, and ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong problem\-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast\-paced remote environment. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital messaging platforms. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, account inquiries, and company policies. * Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. * Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and support ticketing systems. * Process customer requests, account updates, and service\-related transactions. * Follow established quality assurance standards and communication guidelines. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. * Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality standards. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process enhancements. * Protect confidential customer and company information in accordance with company policies. **Qualifications** ------------------ * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. * Previous experience in chat support, customer service, technical support, call center operations, or a related role preferred. * Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills. * Strong multitasking and time management abilities. * Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Professional, positive, and customer\-first attitude. * Reliable high\-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience using CRM and customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar systems. * Experience supporting customers across multiple digital channels. * Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge. * Bilingual language skills are a plus. **Technical Skills** -------------------- * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Google Workspace * Live chat platforms and ticketing systems * CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce Service
