**MARKETING OUTREACH COORDINATOR** **Position Overview** The Marketing Outreach Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking comprehensive outreach and recruitment strategies to increase awareness of the Illinois Works Pre\-Apprenticeship Program and to recruit eligible participants from target populations identified in the grant proposal. This role combines marketing, community engagement, participant recruitment, and data tracking to ensure compliance with Illinois Works Program (ILWPP) requirements and successful enrollment outcomes. The MOC serves as a primary point of contact for potential participants and community partners and is responsible for moving individuals through the outreach\-to\-application pipeline using consistent, strategic communication. **Outreach \& Marketing** * Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan and budget in compliance with ILWPP requirements. * Execute outreach strategies that increase general program awareness while promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging without excluding non\-targeted populations. * Create and distribute outreach materials including flyers, information sheets, social media content, newsletters, emails, PSAs, and website content. * Maintain a dedicated program landing page with up\-to\-date program information, eligibility requirements, and application materials. * Coordinate outreach efforts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). * Ensure all marketing materials are easy\-to\-read, culturally responsive, and available. **Participant Recruitment** * Lead recruitment efforts focused on eligible individuals interested in pre\-apprenticeship training and transition into DOL\-registered apprenticeship programs. * Clearly communicate program benefits, expectations, completion requirements, and career pathways leading to livable wages and economic self\-sufficiency. * Conduct recruitment presentations, webinars, open houses, career fairs, and street outreach activities. * Build trust and rapport with prospective participants through consistent follow\-up and personalized communication. * Encourage and support word\-of\-mouth recruitment through alumni, partners, and community stakeholders. **Lead Management \& Follow\-Up** * Identify, track, and manage participant leads (cold, warm, hot, and closed) in IWRS. * Implement appropriate follow\-up timelines: * Hot Leads: Immediate contact within 48 hours * Warm Leads: Personalized follow\-up within 72 hours * Cold Leads: Ongoing mass outreach and engagement * Conduct regular engagement attempts (calls, emails, texts, social media, events) to move qualified leads toward application and enrollment. * Document all outreach and recruitment activities, follow\-ups, and case notes accurately and timely. **Pre\-Screening \& Intake Support** * Assist prospective participants with completing the Illinois Works Pre\-Screen Asse
