Looking for Philippines-based candidatesJob Role: Social Media Content CreatorCompensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,200 AUD / MonthlyEngagement type: Independent Contractor AgreementWork Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is: A forward-thinking Australian manufacturer turning everyday materials into innovative, high-performance products.They work with businesses across construction, packaging, and logistics, helping them adopt smarter, more sustainable solutions.They are makers, innovators, and challengers — looking for someone who can tell their story with energy and credibility.Role Overview: We are looking for a mature, experienced marketing professional who can think strategically, create compelling content, and translate technical information into engaging digital storytelling for B2B audiences.You will be responsible for:Developing and executing content strategyCreating high-quality video and written contentLeading storytelling and brand content in line with our guidelinesManaging and optimising digital platformsTracking performance and refining approachDriving measurable audience growth and lead generationYou will move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from leading footage and post plans, to editing Reels, from writing LinkedIn thought leadership to reporting on conversion metricsKey Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute a structured content strategy aligned with business growth objectives.Build and manage a forward-thinking content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and website.Translate technical sustainability information into clear, engaging and commercially relevant content.Align content with marketing campaigns, product launches and industry events.2. Hands-On Content CreationEdit short-form video content (Reels, LinkedIn video, educational explainers, behind-the-scenes).Write engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, and short-form written content to support B2B storytelling and thought leadership.Occasional on-camera participation may be required for specific content pieces, but the primary focus of the role is content strategy, editing, and storytellingProvide guidance on what content should be captured by the on-site team during factory tours, trade shows, and client visits to support your content plan and broader marketing strategy.Develop engaging formats including:Educational sustainability explainersIndustry myth-bustingLight-hearted and personality-driven contentProduct demonstrationsContribute to website copy and SEO-informed content development.3. Platform & Community ManagementManage daily posting, engagement and audience interaction.Maintain consistent brand tone and positioning.Monitor industry conversations across sustainability, packaging and construction.Engage strategically with key stakeholders and industry leaders online.4. Performance & OptimisationTrack, analyse and report on monthly content performance.Use data-driven insights to optimise engagement, reach and conversion.Identify opportunities to improve qualified inbound leads via digital channels.Requirements5+ years’ experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.Demonstrated success growing brand presence and engagement.Strong video editing capability (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar).Excellent written communication skills.Strong understanding of LinkedIn strategy for B2B brands.Commercially aware — understands how content drives business outcomes.Highly organised, proactive and self-directed.Formal qualifications in Marketing or Communications welcomed but not essential.Experience creating content for B2B brands, technical industries, construction industries, or sustainability-focused organisations is highly regarded.Success Measures (KPIs)Performance in this role will be measured by:Consistent month-on-month audience growth (LinkedIn & Instagram)Engagement rate improvement across key platformsVideo performance metrics (retention, shares, watch time)Website traffic driven from social channelsGrowth in qualified inbound enquiries attributed to digital contentAdherence to content calendar and delivery consistencyIncreased brand visibility within relevant industry conversations and eventsPlease include:· Links to your social media profiles· Portfolio or work samples· Examples of accounts you have grownWork Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:Di
