Here, you will make an impact by:Leading end‑to‑end operational oversight of outsourced acute care coding engagements, including supplemental and total outsource programs.Implementing operational processes that ensure high‑quality, compliant, and efficient coding services.Determining and addressing performance, quality, and vendor‑related escalations to support client satisfaction and revenue objectives.Supporting strong partnerships with consulting teams, contracted vendors, and internal stakeholders.Leading assigned coding teams with a focus on development, coaching, and performance excellence.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of acute care coding management experience
ORHigh School Diploma/GED and 11+ years of acute care coding management experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Current RHIA or CCS certificationAbility to travel up to 50% domesticallyProven leader with strong coaching and team‑development abilitiesMaster’s degree in HIM, Nursing, or a related healthcare fieldStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focusedAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environmentStrong communication and stakeholder‑management skillsWork LocationRemoteTravelMay include up to 50% domesticSupporting Your Well‑beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
