In this role, you will be responsible for creating new customer relationships and growing market share with existing customers across your assigned territory.LOCATIONRemote (must reside in the Kansas City, MO/KS metro area)TRAVELApproximately 15–30% overnight travel within the territory, based on customer needs and business priorities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESExecute territory growth strategies to achieve new insurance written (NIW) goals and expand market shareMaintain a disciplined call plan that prioritizes high impact accounts and ensures consistent customer coverageMap customer organizations and key decision makers to identify needs and position Enact solutions effectivelyUnderstand each customer’s mortgage insurance ordering workflow and influence points to strengthen Enact’s position as the preferred providerPresent Enact’s value proposition clearly in customer meetings and business reviewsDevelop and manage a consistent communication strategy to engage and educate customers with timely, relevant outreach aligned to territory prioritiesPartner with internal teams to resolve customer issues while maintaining ownership through resolutionLeverage Enact sales analytics and reporting tools to manage pipeline, activity, and performancePrepare for and actively participate in weekly sales meetings and quarterly territory reviews with clear updates and insightsPosition underwriting solutions and manage productivity, relationship health, and pricing structures with customersObtain and maintain all required state licenses, appointments, or certifications necessary to sell and service products within the assigned territoryYOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsProven ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within customer organizationsStrong ability to assess customer needs, communicate solutions, and drive issue resolutionExcellent time management, organization, and prioritization skillsStrong presentation skills with experience presenting to both small and large (50+) audiencesProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales productivity toolsExperience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platformDemonstrated prospecting, negotiation, closing, and follow up skillsAbility to adapt and perform effectively in a changing environmentValid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours and travel overnight as requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of sales experienceExperience in mortgage, mortgage insurance, financial services, or real estate industriesCOMPANY
