Apollo Researcher / List\-Building Specialist **Remote worldwide \| Part\-time contract \| Two openings** **Pay: $6–8 USD/hour, depending on experience** Happily is looking for detail\-oriented researchers to find companies and contacts that match our target customers across our event services and event\-platform businesses. You’ll use our Apollo account and approved research tools to: * Research companies against the customer profile and outreach brief provided. * Find relevant decision\-makers and verify their details. * Remove duplicates and prepare organized lists for outreach. * Include sources and flag information you cannot verify. * Use feedback to improve list quality. You should have B2B research or lead\-generation experience, confidence with spreadsheets and familiarity with tools such as Apollo. Accuracy and judgment matter more than producing a huge list. This role does not involve sales calls. **Schedule:** Initially 10–15 hours/week, with flexibility on working days and times. Some overlap with Eastern Time business hours is required for check\-ins, feedback and handoffs.
