Under one roof, our teams learn from each other, test ideas faster, and think holistically about the individuals and communities we serve.Summary:The Director of FP&A is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CFO, responsible for driving financial strategy, planning, and analysis across the business. This role is equal parts strategic leader and hands-on contributor, managing a lean FP&A team while staying deeply embedded in the work. The Director will foster a culture of excellence within the team, setting a high bar for quality, continuous improvement, and professional growth. This role will serve as a key financial partner to business leaders, translating data into decisions and ensuring the finance function operates with the speed and precision the business demands.In This Role, You Will:Own the financial forecast and budgeting process, including long-range planning, scenario modeling, and underlying models; track performance against targets and address variances to keep the company on trackOversee monthly reporting packages and variance analysis across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPrepare and present financial reporting packages for executive leadership and the board, translating complex financial data into clear strategic narrativesConduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights to senior leadershipPartner with senior leadership on capital allocation and strategic investment decisions, providing the financial rigor and scenario analysis needed to deploy resources effectivelyProvide leadership, mentorship, and development to the FP&A team, ensuring they achieve their goals and grow professionallyPartner with Accounting to align on the close process, ensure accurate actuals handoff, and continuously improve the speed and quality of financial reportingServe as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Sales, and Marketing - embedding financial transparency, improving forecast accuracy, and driving measurable ROI across business unitsCollaborate with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to surface customer trends that sharpen forecast accuracy and proactively flag risks and opportunitiesQualifications:6-10 years of experience in finance, with 2-4 years in a leadership roleExperience working in SaaS with a deep understanding of core SaaS metrics and financial practicesProven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business successStrong analytical skills, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reportingExpertise in leading and managing finance teams, with a focus on professional developmentProficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial software and toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiativesKey Skills:The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical instincts with genuine intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
