Assistant Sales Manager

Thank you for your interest in the "Assistant Sales Manager" remote position! We are currently looking for an energetic and well spoken individual to fulfill our afternoon and weekend shifts. Tasks Include: Phone/Email Sales, Customer Service, and Daily OperationalTasks. Afternoon Shift: 2pm\-7pm EST \& Saturday/Sunday: 2 flexible hrs per day \*Starting Pay $23\.50/hr We are an online seller of re\-conditioned hybrid batteries for hybrid vehicles, specializing in the most popular hybrid vehicles such as the Toyota Prius, Camry, and Lexus. We primarily stock 6\-10 different batteries that are shipped from our 3 battery testing/building hubs located in New York, Los Angeles, and Texas. We have approximately 50, 1099 independent contractor/technicians installing our batteries across the United States. Our current workload is approximately 20\-30 jobs per week and growing as we are actively finding new locations and new technicians to install our batteries nationwide. We will soon have 50\+ working locations. The below tasks are currently being performed by our current management team with the help of our two virtual assistants. We are looking for a strategic individual who can perform the required tasks and help us increase sales \& profit, reduce customer losses, and develop efficiencies within our business operations. Thank you for your time and interest in the position! \- A.C. **Administrative Tasks:** \- Inbound/Outbound Phone Calls \& Sales \- CRM/Email Sales \- Customer Service : Respond promptly to escalated customer issues. \- Oversee Hubspot CRM: Be sure our V.A.'s are responding properly to incoming emails. \- Oversee Google Suite (Calendar, Spreadsheets, etc.) \- Quickbooks Tasks (Invoicing, Reports, etc.) **Operations:** \- Shipping: Create Labels, Coordinate Pick\-Ups \- Manage Google Drive, Spreadsheets, etc. \- Update Customer Warranty Database, Check Technician Invoices \- ORM: Update Google Business Location Pages and other SEO based marketing tasks **Remote Recruiting:** \- Assist our manager in finding new technicians, help interview and on\-board technicians for new locations.
