This role will be deeply embedded in the business, owning core planning processes, improving data quality, and driving actionable insights that inform decision-making across the company. You’ll play a key role in building a scalable FP&A function — from forecasting and scenario planning to KPI development and GTM analytics. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong modeling with sound business judgment and ownership.Preference for candidates based in the Eastern Time zone or those able to work Eastern Time hours. ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the corporate operating model, ensuring alignment across bookings, revenue, and cash flowOwn the company’s cash flow forecast and liquidity planning, with clear visibility into drivers and risksLead the rolling forecast process, including monthly BvA analysis and clear articulation of drivers, risks, and opportunitiesBuild and maintain scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making (e.g., growth, hiring, pricing, cost structure)Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to improve pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and overall GTM performanceTranslate pipeline, bookings, and customer data into actionable insights that inform forecast and operating decisionsDefine, track, and continuously improve KPIs and dashboards across the businessSupport monthly close in partnership with Accounting to ensure consistency between actuals and forecast inputsAssist in commission modeling, plan validation, and payout accuracyLeverage AI and automation to improve forecasting speed, quality, and scalabilityDeliver high-quality ad hoc analyses to support leadership and Board-level discussions Qualifications5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar (IB / consulting backgrounds welcome)Advanced Excel skills (must-have) — able to build and maintain complex, driver-based models from scratchExperience owning forecasting processes (operating model, cash flow, rolling forecast, scenario planning)Strong familiarity with pipeline and bookings data, with ability to translate into actionable forecastsExperience partnering with Sales and RevOps to improve forecasting rigor and data qualityExperience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and analysisNetSuite experience strongly preferredExperience in a high-growth tech environment preferredStrong attention to detail with ability to connect the dots across the businessComfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and ownership What We’re Looking ForSomeone who takes ownership of the numbers end-to-end, not just reporting themStrong business partner who can challenge assumptions and improve outcomesOperator mindset: cares deeply about data quality, process, and executionHigh accountability, low ego, willing to roll up sleevesThe annual salary range for this position is $128,000 - $152,000 USD or $110,000 - $132,000 CAD, plus equity.
