Since 2018, they have helped property owners across multiple markets by providing direct cash offers, flexible closing timelines, and concierge-level seller support.Their mission is centered around delivering a transparent, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience for homeowners facing situations such as inherited properties, relocation, foreclosure, landlord fatigue, major repairs, or other life transitions.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven, organized, and proactive SDR / Client Intake Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company.This role is responsible for working inbound and warm seller leads generated through multiple marketing channels, qualifying motivated homeowners, nurturing leads through consistent follow-up, and setting qualified appointments directly on the CEO’s calendar.This is not a cold-calling-from-scratch role. You will work leads generated by the company’s marketing engine, including web inquiries, SMS replies, PPC leads, missed-call returns, and responses generated by an outbound calling team.This role is the entry point into the acquisitions team, with strong internal growth opportunities into higher-level sales roles within 6–12 months.We are specifically looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly disciplined with CRM management, bilingual in English and Spanish, and motivated to grow long-term within U.S. real estate investing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Appointment SettingManage and qualify inbound and warm seller leads from multiple marketing channelsConduct outbound follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email using structured follow-up cadencesBuild rapport with property owners and qualify opportunities based on motivation, timeline, property condition, pricing expectations, and geographic fitSchedule qualified appointments directly on the CEO’s calendarMaintain rapid speed-to-lead response times on hot inbound inquiriesManage and nurture 100–200+ active leads simultaneously without losing pipeline organizationBilingual Seller CommunicationCommunicate fluently in both English and Spanish with sellers via phone, text, and emailTranslate seller situations and property details into clean, organized English notes within SalesforceMaintain a professional, empathetic, and consultative communication styleCRM & Pipeline ManagementLog all calls, notes, texts, emails, and lead updates in real timeMaintain accurate lead stages and follow-up tasks within SalesforceEnsure strong data hygiene and complete lead documentationPrevent lead leakage through disciplined follow-up executionAppointment Coordination & HandoffPrepare detailed handoff notes before appointments, including seller motivation, property condition, pricing expectations, and supporting detailsConfirm appointments in advance via SMS and phoneRe-engage missed appointments quickly and reschedule when necessaryPerformance ExpectationsMake 100+ outbound dials dailyAttempt contact with 50+ seller leads per daySchedule 3+ qualified appointments dailyMaintain high CRM accuracy and follow-up consistencyWhat This Role Is NOTTo avoid confusion, this position is NOT:A raw cold-calling role using skip-traced listsA customer support positionA virtual assistant or administrative support roleA closing/acquisitions roleCandidates whose primary experience is general VA, admin, or customer service work without sales exposure are unlikely to be a fit.Required QualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales, SDR, ISA, appointment setting, lead management, or similar phone-based sales role for a U.S.-based companyFluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)English speaking quality must be highly fluent and client-facingStrong phone communication and rapport-building skillsComfortable managing high-volume CRM pipelinesHighly organized, proactive, dependable, and coachableStrong ownership mentality and follow-throughPreferred QualificationsExperience in real estate investing or real estate lead intakeExperience using SalesforcePrevious titles such as SDR, ISA, Lead Manager, Client Intake Specialist, or Acquisitions CoordinatorKey Traits We’re Looking ForRelentless follow-up mentalityStrong phone presence and emotional intelligenceExcellent organization and pipeline disciplineCoachability and adaptabilityOwnership mindset and accountabilityScheduleMonday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ESTAlternating inbound lead coverage windows (mandatory)Optional Saturday shift: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (paid extra)Equipment RequirementsDesktop or laptop with dual monitors preferredNoise-canceling USB headsetStable wired internet connect
