Role OverviewThe Contact Systems Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for prospective students, handling inbound or outbound calls, and is responsible for using multiple scripts to support calling campaigns.What You Will DoHandle inbound or outbound calls, use interactive scripting tools to determine student qualifications, warm transfer prospective students to admissions advisors, and maintain accurate student records.Why It Might Be a FitRequires excellent verbal communication skills, decisive decision-making ability, and adaptability to new processes and technology.
