This role operates at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer insight. It works backward from market needs to influence roadmap direction, drive launch readiness, and optimize adoption and revenue performance. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and GTM teams.LocationThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesOutbound Strategy & PositioningDefine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned product domainsTranslate product capabilities into clear, differentiated offers and solution playsDevelop segment-specific and partner-specific commercialization strategiesGo-to-Market ExecutionDrive launch readiness across sales enablement, content, tools, and trainingPartner with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent field executionDevelop sales plays, competitive positioning, and customer-facing narrativesMarket-Back Product InfluenceBring customer, partner, and market insights into product planning cyclesIdentify adoption barriers, unmet needs, and growth opportunitiesContribute to business cases, pricing inputs, and roadmap prioritizationOffer, Packaging, and Pricing InputShape product packaging, bundling, and pricing strategiesOptimize how products are positioned across Large Enterprise and Mid-Market segments, verticals, and ecosystemsSupport pilots, beta programs, and field validationCross-Functional LeadershipLead by influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and OperationsAlign stakeholders on trade-offs, launch decisions, and commercial outcomesServe as a product leader in executive, customer, and partner discussionsPerformance & OptimizationDefine and track KPIs (adoption, revenue, attach, retention, margin)Use data and feedback to refine positioning, packaging, and GTM eWhat We Look For in a CandidateMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market rolesExperience launching and scaling complex B2B or enterprise technology productsExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and MarketingProven ability to translate technical capabilities into clear commercial valueStrong communication and stakeholder influence at senior levelsPreferred QualificationsExperience with network services, cloud connectivity, APIs, or digital platform servicesBackground in enterprise or service provider environments with complex sales cyclesExperience defining pricing, packaging, and commercial models at scaleStrong understanding of partner ecosystems, marketplaces, and co-sell motionsDemonstrated ability to shape cross-product solutions and portfolio-level positioningExperience using data and analytics to drive product adoption and revenue outcomesExperience participating in or leading customer-facing engagements (executive briefings, workshops, pilots)CompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
