You will play a key role in optimizing the tools and systems that power inbound marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution across multiple channels. Your work will directly impact marketing efficiency, automation capabilities, and data-driven growth initiatives across Latin America.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize marketing platforms including HubSpot, Beehiiv, Claude, Google AI Studio, and SEO toolsSupport the execution of inbound marketing strategies focused on lead generation and pipeline growthBuild, maintain, and improve marketing workflows, automations, and campaign processesAssist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channelsContribute to SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO support, and performance trackingUtilize AI and automation tools to streamline marketing operations and improve campaign efficiencyMonitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing dashboardsCoordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and service providers as neededManage and update marketing content across websites, newsletters, and digital platformsMust-Have Qualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing technology, or similar rolesHands-on experience working with platforms such as HubSpot, Beehiiv, Google AI Studio, Claude, or comparable marketing and AI toolsStrong technical comfort managing multiple marketing platforms, automations, and workflowsBasic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles, inbound marketing, and lead generation strategiesExperience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systemsStrong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detailProfessional proficiency in both English and SpanishAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in B2B environments such as professional services, consulting, or technology companiesExposure to marketing automation and workflow optimization toolsFamiliarity with AI-driven content creation and campaign optimization processesBasic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of content marketing, conversion tracking, and performance analyticsOriginally posted on Himalayas
