Junior International Accountant

We are looking for a Junior International Accountant to join our team.In this role, you will be involved in key accounting processes, help improve the company’s financial stability, and support expansion into new countries as well as the development of existing structures.Responsibilities:Record operational expenses based on supplier invoicesMaintain tables for monitoring actual expenses on corporate cardsCollect and verify primary documentation related to expense transactionsCalculate intercompany expenses and issue intercompany invoicesPerform reconciliations of: supplier balances, corporate card account balances, intercompany balancesAssist with preparing information and documentation in response to auditor requestsRequirements:At least 1 year of experience in accountingExperience working with budgets, expense reports, and business travel/expense processesExperience with accounting software (1C, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), preferably 1CStrong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets with the ability to work with large datasetsEnglish level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higherWe offer20 paid vacation days per year10 paid sick leave days per yearPublic holidays as per the company's approved Public holiday listMedical insuranceOpportunity to work remotelyProfessional education budgetLanguage learning budgetWellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)Join our team — here you will find unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth!Originally posted on Himalayas
