Reporting to the PSOS Lead, you'll work at the intersection of sales, services delivery, and operations, gaining exposure to multiple business functions. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to learn how professional services operations work while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency. You'll support the team in organizing workflows, maintaining documentation, and helping transition manual processes into more streamlined systems.Roles and Responsibilities:Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities and process orders.Partner with Services Leadership to maintain and enhance project scoping informationEnsure accuracy and completeness of client responses and requirements documentationCoordinate and manage Statements of Work (SOW), revision requests, and Change Orders with meticulous attention to detailWork with the Proposal Support Group (PSG) for accurate, timely, and valuable responses to client needsEstablish consistency and standardization across various service offeringsIdentify gaps in workflows and recommend actionable improvementsPerform quality assurance on proposals and project documentation to identify errors, omissions, and potential issues before they impact deliveryServe as a liaison between back-office, sales, delivery teams, and other stakeholdersMaintain high levels of professionalism and communication to ensure exceptional internal customer experienceWork with PSOS Lead to update standard project templates and operational practicesMaintain accurate estimating data in Salesforce and related systemsSupport services pipeline trackingRequired Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferredBackground in operations, cybersecurity, or professional servicesUnderstanding of SOW development and contract managementTravel Requirements:Up to 10% travelSedentary workSubstantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a dayRequired to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a dayWe use Greenhouse Software as our applicant tracking system and Zoom Scheduler for HR screen request scheduling.
