We exist to transform how our organization learns and performs.ResponsibilitiesDefining and driving the global AI Content & Learning Strategy, integrating generative AI, adaptive learning, and automation to enhance design, delivery, and analytics across all learning programsPartnering with senior leaders across GTM, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Revenue to align learning outcomes with business objectives and performance metricsOverseeing intake, prioritization, and execution of learning projects across multiple business units, ensuring effective collaboration with Account Executives, Channel Partners, Solution Engineering, Renewals, and Customer Success teamsChampioning AI tools to accelerate content creation, automate workflows, and personalize learner experiences while fostering experimentation in interactive content, simulations, and video learningLeading and developing a team of instructional designers, content strategists, and learning technologists to deliver cohesive, high-quality learning initiatives that drive measurable impactEstablishing scalable processes for project governance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient delivery of learning programs aligned with organizational prioritiesBuilding a data-informed culture by implementing AI analytics to measure learning effectiveness, optimize engagement, and demonstrate ROI on learning investmentsStaying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and instructional design to continuously evolve the learning strategy and maintain competitive advantageWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrate 10+ years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or enablementLead large-scale learning or content transformation initiatives across global organizationsApply AI technologies in learning contexts, including generative AI, adaptive learning, and content automationManage complex projects and engage stakeholders across global, cross-functional teamsCommunicate strategic vision and lead organizational change effectivelyLead and develop teams of learning professionals for 5+ yearsUtilize learning technologies such as LMS/LXP platforms, Seismic, Synthesia, and other AI-driven toolsMeasure and report on learning program impact using data analytics and AI-driven insightsSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$126,500.00Maximum:$276,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
