Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to coordinate approximately 12 strategic projects within a large-scale transformation program.The role will focus on centralizing information, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across all workstreams, using tools such as SharePoint and other project management platforms. The successful candidate will maintain full visibility into project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies, working closely with multiple teams across the organization.This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to continuously follow up with teams to ensure projects are progressing as expected.Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Track and coordinate the scheduling and progress of approximately 12 concurrent projects within the transformation portfolio.Execution Follow-up: Ensure that each project is progressing according to the defined plan by continuously following up with teams, tracking action items, and identifying blockers.Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date visibility on project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones; consolidate and communicate this information clearly.Information Management: Gather and centralize updates from different teams, ensuring all project data is accurate, structured, and accessible.Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with key stakeholders (Chris and Melissa) to report progress, escalate blockers, and align on any required changes.
