The Medical Records Clerk 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments.**Note: This is a remote position. You must reside in the State of Florida.** **Conviva Senior Primary Care: Remote, FL** **You will be reporting to:** **Manager, Clinic/Center Administration** **Required Qualifications** * Less than 3 years' working knowledge of computers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel * Ability to travel locally (potentially overnight occasionally) * You must reside in the State of Florida * You will be part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires you to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits **Other Qualifications** * Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field * Previous healthcare or health insurance experience * We prefer candidates residing in Eastern Florida. * Familiarity with medical terminology and ICD\-9 codes * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Humana considers this role patient facing and runs its Tuberculosis (TB) screening program, which includes this role. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 \- $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
