We specialize in direct acquisitions, joint venture partnerships, and investor relations. The front line of everything we do is acquisition. Every deal, every relationship, and every dollar of revenue this company generates starts with someone picking up the phone and starting a conversation with a motivated seller or agent. The Account Executive is that person. We provide the leads, the systems, the scripts, the training, and the support. You bring the urgency, the hunger, and the execution. We are adding to our acquisitions team now and we are looking for closers who are ready to build something real. **THE OPPORTUNITY** **High\-Impact. High\-Reward. No Ceiling.** As an Account Executive at Fazio Real Estate Solutions, you are on the front lines of acquisition. You engage directly with motivated sellers and real estate agents, identify opportunities, and turn real estate challenges into win\-win solutions. From probate and pre\-foreclosure to creative finance opportunities, you are the closer, the problem solver, and the dealmaker. This role is both high\-impact and high\-reward. You will be mentored by top\-producing leaders, work alongside driven professionals, and have access to the tools, training, and live leads needed to close life\-changing deals. You operate as an independent contractor with performance\-based compensation. There is no ceiling here. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **What You Will Be Responsible For** **Lead Management and Response** * Respond to inbound seller and agent leads within minutes of assignment, speed to contact is one of the most critical variables in this role * Contact new prospects by phone, text, email, and in person appointments with urgency and professionalism * Follow the established contact and follow up cadence from first touch through close or disqualification * Re\-engage dormant leads in the pipeline that show renewed potential with a fresh approach and full CRM documentation * Support Closing Assistance leads passed from JV partners where a stronger closer is needed * Maintain a fully updated pipeline in ReSimply CRM at all times with accurate notes, statuses, and follow up plans on every lead **Seller Qualification and Relationship Building** * Build genuine rapport with homeowners in challenging situations including foreclosure, probate, estate sales, liens, and distressed conditions * Identify and qualify the four pillars on every lead: motivation, condition, timeline, and price * Ask smart questions and listen more than you talk * Navigate objections with confidence, composure, and integrity at every stage of the conversation * Position Fazio as the right solution for the seller's specific situation without overpromising or misrepresenting **Negotiation and Contract Ex
