Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.About the jobRole and ResponsibilitiesProvide overall architecture of solution and plan for Data migration execution Participate in DM strategy discussions and implementation planningQuick understanding of source system functionality and capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions;Experience in dealing with high volume of data and design the data flow to optimize the performance;Technically strong to apply the complex transformation rules Knowledge of LSMW IDOC LTMC Cockpit RFC Function Module to load dataDesign, develop , maintain, and enforce governance frameworks, operating model, standards, procedures, and policies for the Data Management and Analytics team (DMA)Establish, evaluate, and monitor DMA performance metrics, providing feedback to the leadership team to improve future plansEstablish and facilitate the data governance council, ensuring regular, effective meetings and publishing the resulting governance guidelinesGovern the integrity of DMA managed processes and SAP Master Data StandardsOwn and champion compliance with DMA standards, policies, and proceduresServe as a primary contact for all major issues and escalations relating to SAP standards and procedures, and lead successful resolution supported by all stakeholdersDrive the integration and embedment of DMA standards, policies, and procedures across DMA teams to ensure delivery of business outcomesPromote data governance disciplines and purposes by implementing SAP data governance directivesOversee and audit the integrity and usability of cross-functional data setsAccountable for data governance embedment roadmapEstablish and manage the artefacts repository for data governance embedmentEstablish process to continuously monitor data quality in conjunction with relevant stakeholdersManage data governance tools and processesParticipates in strategy and planning sessions and be recognized as a capable team member that delivers valueAbility to initiate and influence stakeholder buy-in for a data governance council comprised of various levels of management; lead the council to effective output in directing technical Data Management standards, processes and policiesHave a thorough understanding of the impact of master data on transactional processing and reportingWork with functional teams, business units and BI platform administrators to enhance and develop reporting and analysis capabilities within core reporting platformsParticipate in the development and delivery of training on new reporting and analysis capability to affected stakeholdersExperience in Data conversion, migration and cutover processDeep subject matter expertise in data governance and hands on experience in designing, scaling and implementing data governance processes and toolsAdvanced knowledge of master data management, real-time streaming data and cloud technologiesMUST HAVE:Proficiency in SAP data management tools like BODS & MDG. Comprehensive knowledge of data management principles, processes, and data lifecycleA minimum of 15 years experience in data governance and SAP data architecture in an enterprise environment.Strong Hands-on experience in SAP process e.g., OTC, P2P, SCM, QM, FICO, PRA & PM and Governance process e.g., MDM, MDGWorking knowledge on Conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANAAbility to take ownership, engage, lead change, achieve results, adapt, problem solve and manage riskDemonstrates ability to deal with ambiguity and maintains effective performance under stressful and uncertain conditionsExcellent oral and written communication skills; proven ability to represent point of view and discuss technical information with the business users in business languageWillingness to both teach others and learn new techniquesSelf-driven individual that can multi-task and deliver
