What You Will Get To DoOrganize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks to support various high-impact corporate programs and initiatives.Develop and refine internal ways of working across pillars within the Master Data group.Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and data governance teams to define deliverables and due dates to ensure alignment with strategic goals and team capacity.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations for master data initiatives.Monitor project progress, chase issue resolution, and communicate status updates to leadership and project sponsors.Organize the intake of new master data requests for team prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. Facilitate change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of master data solutions.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to data integration, migration, and governance.Measure and report on the status and effectiveness of master data projects and their contribution to corporate objectives.Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of Master Data-specific system and process testingWho You AreYou are a person that likes to keep things organized. You’re open minded and communicate easily with a wide range of cross functional teams in a large organization. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to enable your peers to deliver on multiple large-scale cross functional corporate initiatives. You’re comfortable highlighting how the work is staying aligned with business objectives, and ways we can drive process efficiency.Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems.Proven track record of delivering complex data projects in a large, matrixed organization.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices.Understands master data management principles, data quality, and data governance frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian and Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office applications.What You GetAnticipated compensation for this role is $110,000 – 125,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 10% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.We care about the safety and the well-being of our employees.
