About the ClientOur client is a premium home furnishings retailer based in Montreal, serving design-conscious customers across showroom and ecommerce channels. They are known for curated Italian and Canadian brands, white-glove delivery, and top-tier customer satisfaction. The marketing team runs seasonal promotions and always-on campaigns to drive both showroom appointments and online conversions. Why does this role exist?The client needs a Meta Ads Specialist who can independently translate high-level business goals into action plans, build campaigns from scratch, and optimize them to measurable outcomes. This role exists to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and increase qualified leads and sales through rigorous testing, budget discipline, and data-driven decision-making. You will operate with minimal supervision, owning strategy, execution, and reporting end to end.The Impact you’ll makeStrategy and RoadmapTranslate high-level direction into a channel strategy, action plan, and testing roadmap.Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and intent/keyword exploration relevant to Meta targeting.Define funnel architecture (prospecting, retargeting, retention) and measurement plans. Campaign Build and ExecutionBuild Meta campaigns from scratch, including structure, pixel/CAPI setup, and conversion events.Configure targeting, placements, and bidding strategies aligned with objectives.Launch, QA, and iterate quickly based on performance signals. Creative and ExperimentationDevelop briefs and build/test ad creatives and copy in Meta Creative Hub.Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, offers, and audiences.Partner with stakeholders to refresh creative based on insights. Optimization and ReportingMonitor performance daily in Meta Ads Manager and GA4; identify trends and opportunities.Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives to hit ROAS/CPA targets and improve lead quality.Prepare clear, data-driven reports and present results in plain language with actionable recommendations.
