This role is focused on high networth individuals, family offices and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which on the other hand focuses on larger professional, enterprise and institutional clients.What You'll Be DoingPrimary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clientsFormulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in EuropeWork closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the companyLead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiationsManage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experienceBuild long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clientsProactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.What We Look For In YouBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)Fluency in English;Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry, especially in the Netherlands or FranceStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisionsExceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesGoal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsIn-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Western European regionNice to HaveExperience working across time zones and cross-cultural teamsBonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!Fluency in Dutch or FrenchPassionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments spacePerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsMore that we love to tell you along the process!Notice:All official OKX vacancies are published on this website.
