**Location:** UCHealth Family Medical Center \- Ft Collins, CO **Department:** PVH FMC Residency Work Schedule: Part Time, 24\.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) **Shift:** Days **Pay:** $100\.00\-400\.00/hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option **Summary**: Teaches Family Medicine residents in patient care settings and provides direct care for a panel of patients in the UCHealth Family Medicine Center, Fort Collins. Provides administrative support to the program. **Responsibilities**: * Provides direct patient care for an assigned panel of patients. * Supervises resident physicians in the Family Medicine Center and in other care settings and assists in supervision and support for Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants as assigned. (Poudre Valley Hospital or community\-based facilities). * Performs and supervises relevant procedures that may include skin biopsies, gynecologic procedures, and vasectomies. * Performs administrative duties as assigned including faculty development, didactics, resident advising, and curriculum development. * Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast\-paced environment and take appropriate action. **Requirements:** * Graduate of an accredited medical school. * Unrestricted Colorado Board of Medical Examiners physician license. Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice. * Appropriate credentialing through Medical Staff Services. Medical staff membership at Poudre Valley Hospital. Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. * BLS/ACLS/ALSO/PALS/NRP certification. * Eligible to provide reimbursable Physician services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid. * Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from either the Health and Human Services/Office of Inspector General (HHS/OIG) Cumulative Sanction Report or the General Services Administration's (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs. * Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
