Bringing together strong expertise across disciplines and industries, Fluxon offers full-cycle software development: from ideation and design to build and go-to-market.The role is open to candidates based in Poland preferably in Krakow, Wroclaw or Gdansk.About the roleAs a Senior Technical Project Manager at Fluxon, you’ll lead complex products end-to-end and bring clarity to chaos.We’re looking for someone who blends technical depth with sharp project instincts, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings integrity, structure, and heart to every team they’re part of.While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will:Coordinates cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to identify / define specifications, and continuously communicate project status and needsBackground in using Confluence and Jira to hands-on manage projectsEnsures that all PM reports are accurate and are updated in a timely mannerProvide management visibility into project progress, while supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and directionOrganise and conduct periodic project reviews with key stakeholders to provide progress and plan to key milestones, manage key decisions and mitigate risksExpert ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goalsUnderstand the domain and know the experts to ask the right questions to prioritise and perform necessary follow-ups to resolve issuesLeverage past experiences to identify potential areas of improvement in project performance and sharing of best practices related to overall project managementQualificationsBachelor's degree required, Engineering background is a bonusFluent in English and have experience working directly with ExecutivesMinimum 5+ years engineering project management experience; 3+ years Agile project management experienceSolid experience with Agile, 1-week sprints with Program Increment planningDemonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organisationDemonstrated experience working with global product teams and engineersAbility to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to influence change outside of your span of control and build stakeholder supportStrong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organisationStrong and concise verbal presentation and written skillsSelf-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team playerAbility to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teamsWhat we offerExposure to high-profile SV startups and enterprise companiesCompetitive salaryFully remote work with flexible hours Flexible paid time offProfit-sharing programHealthcareGym membership and tuition reimbursementHands-on career developmentOriginally posted on Himalayas
