What You’ll Do:We're growing fast and scaling our revenue teams to grow with us. As Enablement Manager, you'll sit at the center of our revenue organization, working closely with our Account Executive and Account Management teams to make sure they're equipped, confident, and set up to win.As one of our first hires into this department, we are looking for you to help build this function. You'll create the programs, playbooks, and training that help our AEs land new business and our AMs deepen and expand relationships with some of the world's most recognizable brands. Success means reps ramp faster, deals move more consistently, and the whole revenue team feels supported at every stage.We’re looking for someone who turns ambiguity into process and gets genuinely excited about helping people perform at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and run onboarding for new AEs and AMs, building programs that get reps productive quickly without cutting corners on the depth they need to win — including fluency in Brilliant's unique blend of creative services, technology platform, and fulfillment capabilitiesBuild and maintain a content library reps will actually use: playbooks, pitch frameworks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive intel — kept current and easy to findAnalyze win/loss data, call recordings, and pipeline trends to identify skill gaps and translate them into targeted, practical training — not generic workshopsDesign and run ongoing enablement programming — certifications, skill sprints, role-plays, and deal reviews — that reps show up to because it's genuinely usefulPartner with RevOps, Product, and Marketing to ensure AEs and AMs are the first to know and best-prepared to speak to new services, platform updates, and GTM shiftsDefine and track the KPIs that demonstrate enablement impact: ramp time, quota attainment, content adoption, tool usage, and moreMaintain and optimize enablement tools and systems, ensuring the tech stack supports seamless execution across the revenue teamWhat You Bring4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related role, with preference for experience at a high-growth B2B companyProven ability to build enablement programs from scratch Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make complex ideas land with a fast-moving, competitive sales teamStrong cross-functional collaboration skills — you know how to work effectively with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and ProductFluency with CRM and enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or similar)A data-driven mindset: you launch programs and measure whether they're workingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay focused and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environmentExperience enabling both new business (AE) and retention/expansion (AM) motionsWhy Join UsBrilliant Perks & Benefits: We’re pleased to offer our full-time teammates Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits in addition to perks like flexible PTO, paid company holidays, and a work from home stipend for new hires!
