In your role, you’ll be responsible for generating large revenue opportunities for strategic and technical music solutions for brands based in the UK, Europe and beyond. Working closely with the SVP, Global Partnerships and the London team, you’ll set and implement an annual strategy to drive the growth of the creative solutions business within MassiveMusic. As an entrepreneurial leader, you often play solo to generate leads, pitch services and land a range of workstreams generating revenue for the business. For each onboarded client, you help ensure a team is in place to service the ongoing needs of the brand and then refocus your attention on the next song in the queue. They enjoy working with you because you bring fresh ideas and always have a proactive solution to any challengeMain Job DutiesUse a client-centric approach to sell our music services/products in order to grow revenues by leading & sustaining relationships with individual brand teams and their agenciesUtilise brand relationships to educate and inspire our clients to use MassiveMusic and Songtradr group, to enhance their business objectives and meet & exceed revenue goalsCollaborate with internal teams & wider stakeholders to maximize revenue for MassiveMusic and the groupPlan and oversee new market sales initiativesHave an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositionDrive and participate in client presentationsDesired Skills & ExperienceCreate a strategy for lead generation, using your own established contacts and industry experienceIdentify and pursue new local and global partnership opportunities that align with our goals and creative directionNegotiate and structure partnership & project agreements with major brands, agencies and advertising networks, driving revenue for MassiveMusic and Songtradr group products and services, and providing value for partnersWork closely with the SVP, Global Partnerships & Client Services to continually refine strategies to maximise revenue and company objectivesTrack and analyse new partnership KPIsIdentify existing company deals and relationships that could be converted into major partnerships or project up-sells & cross-sellsWork closely with the rest of the local and regional team to deliver regional goals and create a great local cultureRepresent the company at industry conferences/events to promote partnershipsOur Three Core ValuesLead with MusicIt’s our compass and our passion.
