Technical Writer (Contract)

As a Technical Writer I, you will be part of a small, but energetic, team supporting a product that assists major companies all over the world in protecting themselves from growing cyberthreats. You will write and update articles and user guides about product features, which involves learning about the feature, drafting text and capturing graphics, incorporating feedback from peers and subject matter experts, publishing finalized material to an online knowledge base, and performing administrative tasks to track changes and keep meticulous records. This is a temporary contract role.
