Quickbooks Advisor/ Accountant/ Bookkeeper

**Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented QuickBooks Advisor, Accountant, and Bookkeeper to join our financial team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about delivering exceptional accounting services using leading software solutions. **Duties** * Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, and other accounting software systems. * Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). * Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and payroll regulations. * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently to optimize cash flow management. * Record journal entries, perform account analysis, and execute double\-entry bookkeeping procedures with precision. * Assist with budgeting, financial report writing, and tax preparation activities for diverse clients including non\-profit organizations and governmental entities. * Support audits by providing detailed documentation of transactions and account activity. * Utilize spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and tracking financial metrics to support strategic decision\-making. **Skills** * Extensive experience working with QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online), Xero, Sage, Quicken, and other popular accounting software platforms. * Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles as well as non\-profit and governmental accounting standards. * Proficiency in financial concepts such as debits \& credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and general ledger management. * Demonstrated ability to process payroll accurately and efficiently while managing related tax filings. * Skilled in bank reconciliation, account analysis, budget creation, and financial report writing. * Excellent knowledge of GAAP standards and technical accounting practices relevant to diverse industries. * Ability to handle multiple tasks involving account reconciliation, account analysis, bookkeeping duties, and financial software management simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail with 10 key typing skills for data entry accuracy. * Effective communicator capable of explaining complex financial information clearly to clients or team members.
