We created, drive and lead the graph database category, and we’re disrupting how organizations leverage their data to innovate and stay competitive.About the RoleAs the Program Manager of Technical Enablement, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving technical enablement programs across the Field Engineering organization (Solution Engineering & Professional Services)You will partner closely with Graph Academy (which owns core curriculum), product and engineering SMEs, and go-to-market teams to translate technical content into engaging, scalable enablement programs.This role is both strategic and execution-focused. You will own the design and delivery of structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs that build practitioner-level technical competence, not just awareness.You will act as a trusted partner to technical leadership, ensuring that enablement programs directly support product evolution, technical strategy, and field execution.Your mission: Drive practitioner-level competence (not just awareness) across audiences by building structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs. You’ll be a program owner, stakeholder wrangler, and execution driver.This is a remote role with a preference to be based in the Eastern Time Zone. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Curriculum & Program DevelopmentBuild and own enablement programs onboarding, hands-on workshop & labs, virtual training, certification tracks, etc. ) Translate curriculum into program flows, sequencing, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions (e.g. “Beginner → - Intermediate – Practitioner → Expert).Own the calendar and manage program launches, iterations, refreshes, Onboarding & Continuous LearningLead onboarding for field engineering new hires, ensuring technical hires ramp quickly and confidently in customer-facing scenarios.Maintain an “everboarding” / continuous learning roadmap to keep all technical audiences current (product updates, architectural patterns, best practices).Create and curate enablement assets (labs, guides, playbooks) in collaboration with SMEs and Graph Academy.Ensure internal technical enablement curricula remain aligned with product and architectural evolution.Stakeholder Engagement & Cross‑Functional AlignmentServe as a trusted partner to field engineering, graph academy, and product teams to understand their challenges, gaps, and enablement needs.Solicit feedback, iterate, and adapt enablement offerings.Drive alignment with leadership on prioritization, resource trade‑offs, and roadmap.Act as liaison between subject matter experts and delivery teams to ensure curriculum is relevant, up-to-date, and technically accurate.Success in this role requires earning a seat at the table with technical leaders and influencing the enablement strategyMetrics, Measurement & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track meaningful KPIs (e.g., time-to-proficiency, assessment scores, certification pass rates, adoption rates, program attendance, stakeholder satisfaction, business impact).Conduct retrospectives and root-cause analyses when programs underperform.Produce dashboards and regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.Apply data to iterate and improve future enablement cycles.Technical Fluency & FacilitationMaintain hands-on technical depth to review content, question assumptions, and confidently engage with SMEs.Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, workshops, or lab walkthroughs.Help “stress-test” curriculum — ensure it’s not just theory but grounded in real-world practices.Leadership, Initiative & ExecutionBe a self-starter: able to operate with minimal direction, identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive to completion.Be resourceful — work across constraints, resolve conflicts, negotiate dependencies, and unblock the path forward.Champion a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement within the technical organization.Required Qualificat
