Crawford Technologies, a global leader in Customer Communication Management (CCM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Document Accessibility solutions, is seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to drive enterprise growth across the UK and Nordics region.This position requires a consultative sales professional with deep expertise in content transformation, regulatory compliance, and digital accessibility. You will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise and public sector customers modernize their communication ecosystems with CrawfordTech’s award-winning technology portfolio.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPosition Responsibilities Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand CrawfordTech’s presence with enterprise clients across UK and Nordics region.Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.Lead the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification and solution positioning through to contract closure.Collaborate closely with pre-sales, professional services, and marketing teams to craft compelling business cases aligned with client needs.Promote CrawfordTech’s AccessibilityNow Suite, CCM solutions, and ECM integration offerings to address compliance, automation, and customer experience objectives.Translate client challenges into actionable solutions that improve document accessibility, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.Deliver accurate forecasts, contribute to market strategy, and support cross‑functional collaboration to achieve regional growth targets.Represent Crawford Technologies at industry conferences, webinars, and client events, serving as a thought leader on digital accessibility and communication optimization.SKILLS & EDUCATIONPosition Requirements (must possess all the following)8–15t years of enterprise sales or business development experience in CCM, ECM, digital content automation, or document accessibility technology sectors.Highly motivated, goal-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.Demonstrated success in developing new markets and driving year‑over‑year revenue growth.Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales within large organizations.Deep understanding of digital document processing, data transformation, and content automation technologies.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and consultative selling capabilities.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills—particularly with C‑suite and senior IT stakeholders.Strong collaborator who thrives in a technical, mission-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred). Preferred QualificationsExperience selling in regulated industries (finance, insurance, utilities, government, or healthcare).Prior experience working with Quadient, Compart ,OpenText, Hyland, Smart Communications, or similar CCM/ECM platforms.Multilingual proficiency is a plus (English required).Originally posted on Himalayas
