As a Director, Respiratory Solutions, you will play a key commercial role supporting our CRO, biotech, and channel partnerships, driving growth through deep customer engagement and technical solution alignment.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and incentivesPrivate health, pension, and life insuranceFlexible time off and remote/hybrid work optionsEngaging employee programs and global collaboration toolsWhat You’ll Be DoingLead customer needs analysis discussions and develop tailored applications of products and servicesPartner with Sales Representatives to qualify leads, define scope, and align on target close timelinesDevelop and deliver compelling sales presentations, including product demonstrations, webinars, and onsite technical sessionsSupport Business Development across the full pre-sales cycle, including solution positioning, sandbox evaluations, and strategic use of technology capabilitiesContribute to the completion of technical and application-focused RFI/RFP responsesEnsure smooth transition of new accounts to Delivery and Operations teamsParticipate in sales forecasting and pipeline planning activitiesBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external customersTravel as required to support customer engagement, events, and global team collaborationOperate flexibly to support sponsors and colleagues across multiple time zonesWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Respiratory Science, or equivalent relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in technical sales, consulting, or solution-based selling within life sciences, CRO, or biotech environmentsStrong client relationship management skills with excellent written and verbal communicationExperience supporting clinical trial technologies, data management solutions, or related web-based applicationsProven ability to deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to diverse audiencesKnowledge of formal sales methodologies and experience working within structured sales environmentsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutionsExperience preparing technical documentation and contributing to RFI/RFP processesHighly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with global and remote teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and virtual presentation platforms (e.g., WebEx or similar)Ability to travel up to 40%At Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
