Follow detailed constraints and instructions.Produce high-quality written outputs in Lithuanian. Support work in English when required.Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Lithuanian and English.Conduct model testing and grading. Evaluate responses for accuracy, completeness, fluency, and clarity.Support benchmarking and quality assurance. Ensure tasks, rubrics, and outputs meet Mercor’s quality bar.Work independently and manage time effectively.
