If you’re looking for a workplace where your contributions can truly make a difference, and where innovation meets purpose, Tort Experts is the perfect place for you.About the roleWe’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to own the product – what gets built, why it gets built, and whether it delivered value.This role sits at the center of our product operations, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution delivered proactively and with excellence.The Product Manager will own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable value. You will work cross-functionally to shape front-end experiences, manage our internal applications, launch new reporting dashboards, improve data ingestion workflows, and lead agile product practices. This role also oversees the full lifecycle of product initiatives—from defining success metrics and prioritizing opportunities to ensuring high-quality releases through testing and validation.You will play a key role in translating business goals into actionable product strategy, delivering scalable solutions, and continuously improving the user experience across our platforms.What you'll doRoadmap & Agile LeadershipDevelop, own, and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with company goals and stakeholder priorities in our project management platform ClickUpDrive quarterly roadmap reviews; surface blockers and scope risks Define and track product success metrics, using data to measure/report on impact and guide decisions.Prioritize using value-based criteria like impact, reach, frequency, effortCommunicate roadmap status in concise reports on a defined cadenceBacklog Ownership Own backlog content: user stories, acceptance criteria, order, and definition of doneWrite developer-ready tickets before sprint assignment: story, context, acceptance criteria, edge cases, performance expectationsResolve readiness issues before sprint planning closes; escalate unresolved disputesDocument every carryover task with a reason and a clean close dateRequest Intake & Discovery Review requests for completeness and resolve gaps including problem, business goal, user impact, and success metric Proactively conduct stakeholder interviews to synthesize requirements Maintain request intake process so no request falls through the cracksQuality & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Write acceptance criteria (AC) covering happy path, edge cases, and error statesReview AC with the assigned developer in advance of sprint Own UAT for your product area: write test plans, coordinate testers, sign off on release readinessSprint ReportingPublish Sprint Release Notes after every release for non-technical stakeholders Author Sprint Executive Report with launched task impacts and rollover task rationaleIdentify blockers immediately and escalate if a blocker is unresolved after 24 hoursProduct Knowledge & ExpertiseDevelop working knowledge of every product, tool, and system in your area of ownership within your first 90 days Demonstrate curiosity and walk every user-facing flow yourself, read ticket history and past sprint reports, and ask thoughtful questions about how processes workRun every meeting with written agenda and clearly document decisions/action items with named owners and due datesQualifications3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally working with SaaS products, growth platforms, or internal tools.Experienced working within and leading Agile/Scrum environments (CSM, PSPO, or similar certifications are a plus).Experienced in managing a backlog in Jira, ClickUp, Linear, or equivalent and understand what sprint-ready means in practice.Demonstrated experience developing and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing work based on business value and impact.Experience in legal tech, lead generation, or performance marketing is a plus.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ClickUp, Omni, Retool, Salesforce, or similar internal tooling platforms a plus.BenefitsUncapped quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance100% company-paid monthly premiums for Fortune 500
