Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global teamSupervisor Operations Airbus Europe Full-time, based in France, Germany, Poland or Spain In this role, you are responsible for day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, including managing key performance indicators (KPI), workload, providing support and coaching.You are the primary point of contact for the team members and actively coach and develop the team to meet and exceed all performance targets.As a Supervisor Operations, you willMeet and exceed all performance targets and give feedback to the operations manager support, assist and coach travel agents to maximize efficiency and productivityWorks with performance data to maximum the effectiveness and efficiency of the teamTake proactive actions to improve internal and external customer satisfactionHandle client reservationsControl and manage customer complaints and general queriesControl the workload of your teamMotivate and develop responsibility of team members by constant involvement, coaching and clear appraisalActively participate in the main HR processes: planning, evaluation, coaching and appraisalAssists in the hiring and onboarding of new employeesExpertly uses the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to provide coaching and support to the Travel Consultant teamStrong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customerMaintains knowledge of necessary regulationsSupports BCD Travel and client driven initiativesAnticipates and helps on potential challenges that may arise for the consultantReviews global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality controlAbout youCorporate travel management industry work experienceSolid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processesAdvanced skills on GDS AmadeusPeople management experience will be an advantageStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (preferred) or English and GermanAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyAble to work flexible hours, independently, exercising discretion and judgmentDemonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skillsStrong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills What we offer youAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
