We are seeking a detail\-oriented Veterinary Technician with strong customer service skills asa temporary position. This role is responsible for reviewing external prescription requests, validating for medical appropriateness, soliciting and tracking veterinarian prescription approvals, and clearly communicating outcomes to external pharmacies to ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate brings strong veterinary medical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to document thoroughly in the patient’s medical record to support tracking, compliance, and continuity of care. This person will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone and via electronic communications to ensure their needs are met and handled in a timely manner.
