**OVERVIEW**
Cadrex is establishing a Supply Chain Center of Excellence (SC CoE) and is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to provide analytical support across the entire supply chain organization, including sourcing and logistics. This is an entry\-level, fully remote role ideal for an early\-career analyst who is eager to learn and grow. Working under the guidance of the CoE lead and senior team members, you will help collect, integrate, and interpret data from our ERP, business intelligence platforms, and external sources to support real\-time insights and decision\-making. You will help build and maintain the databases, dashboards, and scorecards that turn raw operational data into actionable intelligence — supporting cost optimization, supplier and logistics performance improvement, and the tracking of validated savings across the network.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Help collect, integrate, and interpret data from ERP, BI, and external sources to support real\-time insights and decision\-making across sourcing and logistics.
* Assist in building, reviewing, and maintaining supply chain databases — extracting and structuring data pulled from the ERP to create reliable, repeatable sources for reporting and analysis.
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that track supplier performance, logistics efficiency, spend, and project savings.
* Support the creation of core analytics assets, including supplier capability matrices, vendor scorecards, and cost models.
* Use advanced Excel and Power Query to clean, transform, and model data, and to automate recurring analyses and reports.
* Support cross\-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction, network optimization, and supplier performance improvement.
* Help track and validate savings and value realization, ensuring alignment with financial metrics and forecasts.
* Partner with sourcing, logistics, finance, and IT teams to align data and metrics and to help maintain data quality.
* Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to the team and stakeholders.
* Continuously build skills and stay current with supply chain analytics tools, techniques, and trends.
Requirements:
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* 0–2 years in a data, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or analytics role. Recent graduates with relevant internship, co\-op, or academic project experience are encouraged to apply
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate them into useful, actionable insights for a supply chain group
* Strong proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling
* Ability to build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
* Experience using Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and preparation
* Familiarity pulling and working with data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or equivalent)
