This role serves as a subject matter expert in AI training, organizational readiness, and change enablement, ensuring employees and leaders have the skills, mindset, and support to successfully adopt AI-powered tools, processes, and ways of working. The AI Enablement Principal is a strategic influencer who partners with senior leaders, the AI COE, HR, IT, Compliance, Security, and business functions to drive AI literacy, accelerate adoption, and embed AI into daily operations. The role is responsible for building scalable enablement programs, developing repeatable adoption frameworks, and guiding cultural transformation to position AI as a key strategic enabler across the enterprise.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI readiness and adoption strategies aligned to organizational goals and responsible AI standardsCollaborate with the AI COE, HR, IT, Compliance, Security, and OEI/PMO to align enablement, governance, communication, and change effortsDesign and deliver a comprehensive AI training and enablement framework, including role based learning paths, onboarding, skill assessments, and reinforcement programsDevelop and maintain scalable learning materials, toolkits, communication assets, and self service resources to support AI adoptionPartner with business leaders to identify workforce capability needs while leveraging feedback loops and data-driven insights to continuously refine AI training, adoption strategies, and team-level AI-enabled workflowsEstablish repeatable models for AI rollout, including use case intake, assessment, prioritization, and adoption readinessAdvise senior leaders on AI adoption readiness, training strategies, and organizational implications of AI deploymentOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business, technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience; High school diploma from an accredited school or GED required7 years of experience in human resources, change management or technology adoption including 2 years leading AI driven initiatives in technology-related training, digital adoption, or transformation readiness initiativesMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsStrong understanding of AI concepts, user enablement, digital workflows, and change management best practicesExcellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiencesDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across matrixed teamsAbility to plan, prioritize, and lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong data literacy with the ability to measure adoption effectiveness and continuously improve program designPreferred QualificationsStrong understanding of AI concepts, user enablement, digital workflows, and change management best practicesExcellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiencesDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across matrixed teamsAbility to plan, prioritize, and lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong data literacy with the ability to measure adoption effectiveness and continuously improve program designEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and proceduresEvery employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
