We seek a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to research. Your role will involve adhering to our company's guidelines, aligning with brand standards and ensuring compliance with google play and app store guidelines.What Will You Do?Collaborate with the team to support and contribute to the development and execution of ASO strategiesProvide regular insights and recommendations to optimise app visibility and performanceImplement and manage stores on a regular basis and be responsible for stores’ reviews & warningsCustomise and adapt metadata for local markets to align with regional search trends and user preferencesAnalyse market trends, competitor performance, app store screens, store assets, and metadata to identify areas for improvementFamiliarise yourself with ASO/mobile apps tools and platforms such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Appsflyer, or similar tools for tracking and optimising app performanceFollow company and brand guidelines meticulously to ensure all ASO efforts align with organisational standards and market requirementsStay updated on app store algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices to continually enhance ASO strategies and app performanceRequirementsKey Skills Required3+ years of experience in mobile marketing, with at least 1 year of proven experience in ASOStrong communication and collaboration skillsThe ability to give and receive feedback and share knowledge effectivelyExcellent research abilities and a passion for staying updated with the latest ASO trendsStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindsetExcellent in handling multiple responsibilities & tasks within tight deadlinesUnderstanding of Apple and Google app store algorithmsUnderstanding of mobile app performance and development specificationsExperience working with designers for graphic optimisationProficiency in English is essential, knowledge of Russian is a plusAdditional Skills PreferredProficiency or experience in SEO, SMM, SEM, ASA, or other digital marketing channels is highly desirableExperience in a financial company or within the financial niche would be a significant plusBenefitsWe offerWork in a fun and friendly environmentCompetitive salary available in euro / cryptoQuarterly Bonus based on Company Performance21 working days of annual leave plus public holidaysUdemy for Business Unlimited Membership and Language training coursesThe opportunity to excel in your professional career Please send your CV in English, your portfolio and showreel along with the application.Libertex Group is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
