Reports toDirector,Compensation.Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking roles, analyzing role requirements to best classify jobs and pull correct compensation comparable dataDrive core processes such as various compensation approvals and maintenance of job architecture; be brilliant with the basicsSupports compensation training and the implementation of year-end merit & bonus cyclesExtensive compensation data compilation, manipulation, and analysis, including running ad hoc reports and report design in Workday compensation moduleAide in maximizing Workday compensation and benefitsutilizationand design of statements and reportsUtilize compensation database and other sources to pull andanalyze compensation reportsSupport and provide input to the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Total Rewards offeringsPartners effectively with cross functional teams, such as HR Tech and HRBPs, tooptimizeHR capability and system accuracyPartner with vendors andassistin updating intranet communications to increase both actual and perceived value of Total Rewards offerings to employeesConducts analysis and develops metrics todetermineeffectiveness of wellness initiatives and makes recommendations for improvementsManage one or more non-core total rewards vendor relationships, monitoring performance,utilization, and invoicingFollow all CDK Global policies and proceduresComplete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgementsMeet or exceed all performance expectationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field1+ years of benefit experience preferred1+ years of compensation experience essential Strong business acumen anddemonstratedproficiencywith complex spreadsheets as well as some consulting with internal HR stakeholdersAnalytical mindsetcomplimented by strong problem-solving skills and detail orientationExcellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to proactively plan large bodies of work ensuring milestones are metAbility to work well independently as well as collaboratively, creatively, and use own judgement Experiencehandling highly confidential informationA passion for excellence and innovation with focus on enhancingemployee experiencePreferred Qualifications:Promote accountability, transparency, and collaborationWorkday compensation module experienceMSO suite experience (Excel & PowerPoint)CBP or CCP CertificationKnowledge of FLSA, pay equity & transparency, and an understanding of quantitative and qualitative job evaluation techniquesSalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
