This position is primarily remote, offering exceptional autonomy, but requires the ability to attend in\-person court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as needed within the metroplex. Unlike many senior roles, **this position does not require a book of business.** We provide a steady, robust stream of firm\-generated cases, allowing you to focus entirely on top\-tier advocacy and litigation strategy. About The Position This role is designed for an experienced, self\-motivated litigator who can confidently manage a diverse, active litigation docket throughout the lifecycle of the matter. You will handle complex civil litigation matters independently while enjoying the support of an established administrative team. Because this is a **litigation\-only role**, your time will be dedicated to strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy—not transactional drafting or cold intake screening.
