Title Searcher / Production Specialist / Entry Level

**Job Summary** Exciting Career Opportunity \- No Experience Required, Training Provided! Join a well\-established real estate title plant with a history of remarkable tenure. We are looking for individuals willing to learn and grow with us. In this role, you'll analyze and accurately enter data from county recorded documents into our database. After completing onsite two week training, this position allows you to work from home. Open to Colorado residents. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze challenging title documents and determine best indexing practices. * Learn and adhere to all department policies and procedures. * Consistently meet department standards in quantity and quality. * Accept feedback to improve quality standards. * Diligent in supporting department goals. * Work effectively as a team member. * Participate in ongoing learning. * Stay updated on industry standards. * Displays a professional demeanor. * Other responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications** * Knowledge of real estate title documents and PLSS legal land descriptions a plus. * Understanding of risks and liabilities to the chain of real estate title a plus. * Knowledge of ArcGIS software a plus. * Title Examiner and Oil \& Gas Landman experience a plus. **Skills** * Competent computer skills including typing with a high degree of accuracy. * Proficient in the use of Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications. * Perform tasks accurately and efficiently with an elevated level of productivity. * Detail oriented with excellent proofing and problem\-solving skills. * Skillful managing of multiple tasks concurrently while effectively prioritizing. * Ability to work in a well\-organized and timely manner. * Principled time management. * Self\-starter with aptitude to work autonomously.
